About Tracy
Tracy Bourassa is a Vice President and Market Relationship Manager at Enterprise Bank in Nashua, NH where she works with customers to understand their unique circumstances and guides them toward the solution that best meets their needs. A banking industry veteran with more than 38 years of experience—30 at Enterprise Bank—Tracy takes pride in mentoring her team of bankers, sharing the expertise she’s acquired throughout her career. As a Merrimack Valley native and New Hampshire resident, Tracy has deep roots in the community she serves and strives to foster meaningful relationships with those around her, both through her work at the Bank and in the community.

A lifelong resident of Merrimack Valley, Tracy has strong ties to the community. Always eager to give back and get involved, Tracy has volunteered in various capacities with several organizations. Some of her past involvement includes serving as the Chairperson for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, as a member of the Tewksbury Rotary Club, and as a board member for the Tewksbury Community Food Pantry.
