About Peter
Peter Rayno is Executive Vice President, Community Banking and Lending Director for Enterprise Bank. A member of the Enterprise team since 2004, Peter is responsible for leading business development and lending activities for Enterprise Bank, as well as managing the team of commercial lending professionals assisting businesses, non-profit organizations and municipalities. He serves as a champion of small businesses and start-ups, seeking opportunities to finance small businesses and linking entrepreneurs with community resources to succeed. A graduate of Assumption College, Peter holds an MBA with a Finance Concentration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and is a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He also earned a Wharton Leadership Certificate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Peter’s passionate commitment to community service and volunteerism is demonstrated by his leadership roles in various civic and charitable organizations. Under Peter’s direction Enterprise Bank has become a strong financial and volunteer supporter of the SBA’s Emerging Leaders Program, which seeks to engage and develop the next generation of New Hampshire’s business leaders. Peter has given extensively to the endeavor, serving as a guest speaker and evaluator of business plans submitted by these emerging entrepreneurs. Peter currently serves on the Board of Directors of New Hampshire PBS, as well as the Board of Directors of the Greater Salem Rotary Club, where he is a past President and a Paul Harris Fellow Recipient. He served nine years on the Board of Directors of the Regional Economic Development Center and was a longtime member of the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salem, where he was honored with the President’s Award. He was also longtime member of the Board of Directors and past President of the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce.
