Debbie Novotny is a Senior Vice President and Senior Commercial Lending Officer at Enterprise Bank in Nashua, where she helps small businesses succeed and achieve their dreams. An innovative professional and Nashua native with more than thirty years of banking experience, Debbie’s expertise in commercial lending and underwriting includes a deep understanding and skill in analyzing financial statements and forecasting business growth. With her knowledge and strong relationships in the Nashua community, Debbie connects clients with resources and potential partners in the community to help them succeed.

Debbie, who has lived in Nashua her entire life, loves and is committed to giving back to her hometown. Named the 2018 Volunteer of the Year by the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce, Debbie serves in leadership roles with Nashua Rotary Club, Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua, Nashua Education Foundation, Marguerite’s Place, and Pennichuck Corporation. She also serves on the City of Nashua Business & Industrial Authority and Revolving Loan Fund. She is past president of the Board of Directors of the Adult Learning Center and the Main Dunstable Elementary School PTO and has been recognized by The Telegraph of Nashua among “25 Extraordinary Women” who excel in business, philanthropy, and community service.
