Enterprise Bankers turn out for LGH TeamWalk
After two-year years of virtual walks, the 23rd annual Lowell General Hospital 2022 TeamWalk for Cancer Care took place “Together Again” on Sunday, May 22.
Under sunny skies, approximately 60 Enterprise Bankers, along with friends and family members, joined hundreds of other teams, walkers, and event volunteers at the Tsongas Center. After team photos and an opening ceremony, walkers embarked on either the three- or six-mile courses. Both routes started and ended at the Tsongas Center and featured paths along the Merrimack River.
In addition to individual fundraising conducted by team members, Enterprise Bankers served as team organizers and event volunteers. In the weeks prior to the event, a committee of bankers organized a basket raffle. Various bank departments assembled and donated 24 baskets covering a variety of themes which were raffled off to raise an additional $2,100 which was donated to the TeamWalk event.
